july letter . 1st month + updates

i would like to start off this letter by...

thanking everyone for showing interest in guytvblog. whether it be through comments left in various posts, personal emails sent to guytvblog@hotmail.com, linking me up to your blog and/or website, or just spreading the good word that a new blog has opened up online that is devoted to [but not exclusively] to guys into watching guys on tv.

i do welcome and love my female fans. anything in this world is nothing until a female personality is added into the mix. look at vh1's strip search's episode where the dance instructor broke down in tears, she brought the show to a new level of enjoyment. speak up ladies on what you would like to see... but it has to be content that any queer passing by can enjoy as well.

speaking of the word "queer", many may see this word as offensive or insulting. for me, a gay twenty something guy, it's just a word. it's your choice to take it as an offensive word. you can't stop me from using the word as i can't stop you from bitching about me using the word. let's just make "queer" a positive word with new personal meaning. don't let the straights keep this word as a negative word towards us.

this blog officially debuted june 1st. with only one month passing, guytvblog has a voice. a grand, queer voice that's been noticed by realityblurred.com, arjanwrites.com and a very queer dallas/ft worth newspaper publication. a simple write up or mention in any other blog slash website much larger than yours is very flattering and encouraging to keep pushing forward to what i expect to be a full year of guytvblog entertainment.

i do have to say you won't see me currently featured in an "editorial piece" in any queer newspaper publication because i'm not out. i'm a closeted queer who loves watching guys on tv. for the story to work it had to be a "biographical essay", i was to be out and open about what i'm doing. this became a "snag" and it wasn't going to happen. and i'm fine with it not happening. maybe when i do decide to come out to my homophobic family and say "I'm gay", well then maybe i can start doing interviews and hopefully best week ever!! [who's just recently said that "gays" are having the bestweekever, june 24th-july 30th.]

those who take the time to visit my first entry guytvblog . post titles will have learned that many entries have a theme they fall under. a category. today i introduce some new post titles that you can look for in the coming months.

v.s. . i will take 2 shows on tv and pit them against each other. then it's up to you decide who really deserves to come out on top as the best show out of the 2. check out kept v.s. strip search.

they say i look like... . these entries are centered around everyday average joes or ladies who look like someone famous, whether it be from a reality show star, tv star or celeb seen on tv.

anchortv news . each post is about a fake gay news team in a fake newsroom who report about actual tv news. lead anchors karim soldati + tiago miceli do not exist, they are a creation of guytvblog.com. these posts are meant to be read like transcripts from a show that doesn't air on any network.

mvtv . each music video posted is selected for your queer interest. always good stuff on when you're tuned into guytvblog.com!

don't forget to also tune in starting july 5th for the first five episode summaries of guytvblog.com's the real world: key west. every 2 weeks i'll write up 5 new episode summaries of a fake season i created here. it's all meant in good fun from one of the biggest real world fans to date.

expect a new letter every 1st of every month. thank you for stopping by and taking the time to read this letter.

your blogmaster,
Mr. GuyTVBlog
