Sorry guys [Jeff], the only backstory is that he's in costume for Halloween. Fans of GuyTVBlog.com will begin seeing a new foto feature "TV Guise" which will showcase average joes slash hunks in costume from TV related shows.
I don't remember seeing a picture of his legs... Sorry.
