Isola dei Famosi 4 . Italian Reality Hunks

It seems the show, Isola dei Famosi 4, is currently happening as you read this and the show seems to be a mix of Survivor and anything All Stars related. The show has what appears to be Italian Celebrities and its own exile island/structure where the live audience and female host interacts with the person that is stranded on the man made island/structure in the middle of a body of water.

And what's the best thing about this show that tops Survivor? The show is mutha fuckin' live!
