"New York City floral designer Oscar Mora creates beautiful Dahlia Arrangements with Martha. Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Oscar began his career as an interior designer. He became very interested in flowers, but it wasn't until he moved from Caracas to New York, where he began freelancing for floral companies, that he discovered the passion that led to his work as a floral designer.
