America's Most Smartest Model | The DayBue
VH1 is at it again, another reality show that has captured my queer interest. America's Most Smartest Model is a competition that will take a handful of international models and weed out the stupid among the not so stupid. The grand prize winner will strut away with 100,000 dollars and some other modelish prizes we could give 2 shits about.
The series daybue [debut] episode starts off with show host Ben Stein saying "Models, they're sexy, they're stylish, and if conventional wisdom holds true, they're all dumber than a box of rocks." The other host/judge is some women, Mary Alice, that holds some kind of high fashion power. Now when they eliminate a model Ben says something hilarious each week, for example "Like the conventional paradigm in the pre-copernican era, you have been invalidated."
In the mix of wannabe geniuses is Slavco. You'll remember him, he was one of the guys from VH1's past hit slash failure reality show "Kept". He and his manshow boyfriend went on to live beautiful lives yet they both continue to hunger for more reality spotlight. So here we have Slavco, again, but this time he doesn't even make it into the house. He's one of 2 to be eliminated before the models enter their stylish home. Sorry Slavco, see you on Deal or No Deal whenever they have male models holding the briefcases.
This season's muscled asshole America's Most Smartest Model is Andre. He's some international model who makes a statement to the other models that goes something like this... "You guys are a bunch of Americans that are going to lose. That's the end of the story." Self titled "winner" Andre goes on to continue to self title himself as a "bad boy" and makes it known that he doesn't "work out" because he's "simply blessed" by his russian ancestors. He even believes show host/judge Mary Alice was "drooling" over him during his first runway introduction at the start of the first episode. I'm not kidding, he really thinks everyone lusts for him. Well most of us do. Gotta love the narcissistic a-holes.
Oh GAWD, Slavco ends up announcing on the show that he "shot" for Abercrombie but didn't make the campaigns because he was "too chisled"... Um, I think you were too OLD. Well at least he's not shy about boasting about his weak TV accomplishments. He informs both Ben and Mary Alice that he was featured in the Sexiest Reality TV Calendar and even tells them he was on VH1's Kept. Mary Alice calls him out on wanting to be a "TV star" rather than being a model but she says this in her confessional and not to his face. Who's cock(s) and/or tit(s) did Slavco suck to get on this show?
Ahhh, VJ. GTVB is in puppy love with VJ, the dumb model who was asked by Ben in the show opener "Is your family native born Americans?" to which VJ says "No". Ben then asks "Where are they from" to which VJ says "From California... Northen California". It was a funny, laugh out loud, I got an erection moment. VJ later defends his answer by saying he thought Ben was asking if his parents were "Native American".
Okay, the jealous side of me is coming out. VJ is only 21 years old and he looks that damn good, asshole. And out of all the models this season the only bisexual contestant is Jesse. Yes, flabby, shouldn't be a model Jesse. Don't worry, he's one of the first male models to leave the competition after making it into the house. The VH1 trailer spoils it all. Now that I think of it I think Daniel is the gay one this season but maybe he's just straightish flamboyant.
Oh fuck, this show has me laughing nearly every scene. Catch the series debut today and if you miss it VH1 plans to repeat the shit out of the show so don't worry, you'll see it.
In the meantime enjoy your first glimpse at America's Most Smartest Model.

Guytv blog, is that really the title of the series? America's Most Smartest Model? Isn't a bit redundant or is a direct pun on the models? Most Startest? They should find the Most Hansomest too!
