Pushing Daises | Best Visually Entertaining Show

ABC's newly & visually entertaining series is Pushing Daises. The Super Handsome actor Lee Pace plays the quirky, charming Ned who happens to discover his gift slash curse at a young age.

One day Ned ran through a field coated with bright yellow daises with his dog close at hand. Then without notice, Digby, Ned's four legged friend, ran out into the road only to get hit by a truck who apparently didn't have the time to stop.

Ned shockingly approached his dead dog and gave it one last touch, a touch that turned out to be something more. Digby sprang back to life and so they both ran back into the field of endless daises. Only Ned hadn't the fondest clue in his head full of joy that his newly discovered gift to give life was cursed.

Later in his home he watched his mother bake a hearty pie created by love. Seconds later his eyes gazed out the window to catch his next door neighbor, a girl named "Chuck", play Godzilla while her father tended to the flowers nearby.

Then, without notice, Ned's mother collapse dead to the ground. He quickly acted and extended his finger. With his touch his mother was back up with a smile and she pulled out her warm pie from their stylized family oven. Was everything back to normal?

But No. Of course not. Outside Ned's fatherly neighbor suddenly collapsed dead. It was exactly a minute after his mother took that new breathe of fresh air. It was then that Ned realized that his gift must come at a price, a heavy one indeed.

Later that night, from his bedroom window, Ned watched the fatherly neighbor slip into a deathly cab to be taken away and buried later the next day. It was time for bed and so Ned recieved a kiss from his mother on his innocent forehead. Sadly and instantly Ned's mother fell back dead, her body collapsing at the foot of his bed.

Ned leaped out and hoped that once more he could give his only mother another chance to live but when he touched... nothing happened... she did not move... and that was when Ned discovered his gift had subsequently changing rules. From that day forward he was aware of his curse and soon to protect those who he loved must stay far, far and away.

This is a twisted fairy tale filled with human love and sudden death, a tale that could only play out on a network sharing the letters, A, B and C. Now take the time to visually entertain yourself by checking out High Definition episodes of Pushing Daises. One more thing gentleman and ladies, you may be pleased to know that Molly Shannon will be joining the show.

Episode 1 Quotes: "...I use to think masturbation meant chewing your food. [pause] I don't think that anymore" says Ned's petite neighbor and employee Olive Snook. "I suppose dying is as good as an excuse as any to start living" says a newly enlightened Charlotte Charles aka Chuck.

i fuckin love this show!
but chuck is really trying my patience.
she's too damn eager.

maybe with the success of this show...
they'll think about resurrecting 'wonderfalls'.
that show was genius!
