Big Brother 10 | 13 Houseguests... 3 Intruders !?!?
In about 3 weeks CBS brings us the tenth season of Big Brother. As I've stated before one thing the U.S. show has yet to do is bring in what international versions of the show likes to call "intruders". These are people who do not start the game on Day 1 but begin the game sometime in the middle of it. Sometimes they come in by three's or sometimes I believe the public chooses from a group of people who will be the season's "Intruders".
If we look back at all nine seasons of the U.S. Big Brother we always have an amount of houseguests that result in an even number when the game starts. This year recent television spots have shown we will only have 13 houseguests when the game begins on July 13th. The past few seasons have had either 14 or 16 houseguests.
It makes absolutely no sense to downgrade the amount of houseguests for a summer season so if we are presented with 13 houseguests at the start we can expect 3 Intruders to make the count of houseguests back to 16, like last year's cast.
The U.S. version has had returning houseguests but the house has only had to deal with one houseguest returning at a time. They have never had up to 3 NEW houseguests entering the game to fuck with their game plans, alliances and potential romances. Expect the shit to hit the fan if intruders enter the game this season because the game itself is already vicious enough.
Nothing has officially been confirmed but I've been right on so many Big Brother predictions { like the couples season/all stars season } and now it looks like my prediction of seasons to come is about to come true again.
Note that the image showing my season predictions { pictured below } was created back in September 2005. And it looks like I've been right so far with only being off a season due to the writer's strike that caused 2 seasons in one year. I'm so proud of myself.
Here's to the intruders of 2008! Oh and here's the best thing about intruders. They always come into a season with no connection to anyone in the house. They are all brand new people who have never met anyone else in the house. This could mean that we may FINALLY get a brand new season where NO ONE FUCKING KNOWS EACH OTHER but if that happens then Allison Grodner may get her way again by bringing in 3 possible intruders who DO KNOW the houseguests still in the game. DAMN IT ALLISON, just let STRANGERS play the game!
