Bravo's Workout | JD Goes Out On A Slightly Awkward Blind Date That Ends In A Kiss
The episode just aired last night, June 3rd 2008 but the actual date took place back in early December of 2000 fucking 7! Is that how long it took from being filmed to then get to the editing bay to finally being aired on television?!?! WOW! Not so "reality" anymore since JD has been in a relationship since then with someone else.
The blind date was set up by fellow gay trainer Jesse who just happened to discredit himself as a possible candidate slash love interest for JD. It seems Jesse comes off with this not so well hidden attitude that he's going to get rejected so he just rejects himself before JD can even get the chance to thus opening the door for someone else to romance JD.
But don't worry, Jesse seems to be in his own relationship but what's odd is he doesn't show his boyfriend off in his own MySpace profile. I swear MySpace is like a fucking newspaper for the pop culture minded folk.
Back to JD. Who knows if it did "work out" later with Derek because I could have swore that JD ended up dating someone else that he recently ripped off his MySpace page. As of today JD's profile page shows he is "in a relationship" with a 33 year old male beauty, Jake. Man oh man that was a fast romance from his last one. But we're not here to judge, we all do it ourselves! At least we're not as bad as Jackie, moving in too quick and fast.
Well here's the date and the extra juicy kiss at the end of the date that had hearts a racin' last night!
Over on JD's Myspace profile Derek, his blind date, writes "here it is buddy!! let me just say that i think all of austin, tx is watching. ha". Then JD writes on Derek's MySpace profile "what a hot kiss! :) ps- you are a sweetheart and have an amazing heart. I wish you the best of luck with your music D." Yes I know, I had the time to copy and paste all of this but let's figure out what's important, a gay date on a reality show has been profiled, we need to see more REAL men dating each other of those bigger reality shows shown on NBC, ABC, FOX and CBS.
Oh bonus! JD's shirtless video on Bravo.tv! And here we learn he sings- everyone tell him he's "great".
Okay JD, we'll bite. He also has it on his page that he's looking for "distributors" for a new drink called Mona.Vie [trademarked bitches] and it appears to be a "healthy" drink that is apparenlty "delicious". I didnt like JD's date. That guy wasn't good looking enough or interesting enough for him. What was with that attitude anyway? The kiss would have been hot, if JD was kissing someone worth kissing. I hope there is NOT a second date for us to endure. And JD does NOT look ape-ish. He looks just fiiiine. He can call me anytime :-)

So I want to clarify a few things since I've met JD and seen him on several occasions. The "ex" as GuyTV is calling him, was actually after (like January) he had the above blind date. I met his "ex" on Halloween as well as running into him again last December. Saw him the other week with his new beau; as tall as him with dark hair...They were walking down Santa Monica on the corner of San Vicente. And leave JD alone...he's a really nice guy! :P

I didn't like JD's date either. JD is waaaay too good for that guy.
JD is awesome in every way. He deserves to find the love he is looking for. I hope Jesse is done sending him on blind dates with conceited, egotistical, big-headed morons.
