Well it seems Billy didn't win but getting 3rd place while Joel got 2nd! Outrageous! But at least he's dating that young model Laura Leigh from the show. When the cast appeared on Tyra's shitty show they talked about meeting each other's parents yet down playing out serious the relationship is. So... Billy isn't secretly making out with "Always Nude" Ray. Damn it.
